Division of Neonatology Tuesday Conference Series: Synopsis Our conference series is built to sharpen practice, align the team, and advance the field. It follows a predictable rhythm, respects people’s time, and focuses on content that changes care. Tuesdays, 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. A rotating program that cycles through four pillars: Clinical Care, Education, Research, and Administration. Clinical Care sessions tackle guidelines, complex cases, and quality outcomes. Education sessions emphasize teaching methods, simulation, and assessment. Research sessions feature works in progress, grant strategy, and study design with direct application to NICU care. Administration sessions address operations, staffing, workflow, and funds flow, with clear decisions and follow up. Expect concise agendas, pre-circulated materials, and takeaways that translate into action. Audience includes neonatology faculty, fellows, and APPs.

1. Apply evidence-based guidelines and current research to improve consistency and quality in neonatal clinical care.
2. Demonstrate enhanced competence in teaching, communication, and assessment within neonatal education.
3. Interpret and apply operational and administrative principles to improve efficiency and alignment across the division.
