CME Online Registration Information & Policies

• Delivery Method and Website Order Page - Registration purchase receipts will be sent by email. The website order page is a secure hosted page.
• Return/Refund Policy - Information can be found under each specific course that is open for registration. Click “Details” under the course for more information.
• Privacy Policy & Statement - Information can be found at the bottom of the Home page by clicking “Privacy”.
• Questions/Concerns/Comments - Please contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the Home page.
• You can register for courses by clicking the "Register" button under the course listing.
• For general information about courses, click the "Details" button under the course you would like information about.
• Click "Sign In" on the bar menu to view transcripts or download receipts.

CME General Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Office of Continuing Medical Education must receive written notification of your cancellation. No refunds will be issued following individual course cancellation deadlines. A $75.00 processing fee will be deducted from refund requests received.  The processing fee will only be waived if the course is cancelled by the Office of Continuing Medical Education. Cancellation by the registrant prior to the official cancellation by CME will not result in a subsequent return of the processing fee. No refunds are available on CME certificate purchases.

The Office of Continuing Medical Education reserves the right to cancel when a minimum enrollment is not met or for other reasons that prevent the University from holding the course. Each registrant will be notified by written notification and receive a full refund. The University of Washington is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties. Contact the CME Office with questions: call 206.543.1050, fax 206.221.4525 or email [email protected].
