Overview
The 10th Annual Lead Management Update Symposium is designed to provide the learner with the most up-to-date review of cardiac implantable electronic device lead management. Topics covered include indications for lead extraction, clinical decision making in patients with CIED infections or lead malfunction. An in-depth review of indications for lead extraction will be covered, as well as a description of available tools and technology used for lead extraction. Experts in lead management and extraction will discuss cases which illustrate the educational goals. Didactic sessions will be combined with interactive case presentations.

Objectives
  1. Manage patients who experience CIED complications, including advisory or recall devices and infection.
  2. Recognize when to refer to a specialist.
  3. Describe updates in published literature, guidelines and consensus documents.
  4. Identify methods to prevent complications from CIEDs, to include reviewing the efficacy of lead extraction and appropriate device implantation.

We have two exhibitor levels, Premium and Standard. Premium space is limited to four tables.

Exhibit | Premium | $5,000 (only FOUR available)

  • Recognition as Premium Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

  • One day of exhibit space during the course (Saturday)

  • One 4-5 foot tabletop display and four chairs

  • Exhibit location: Lobby area outside of education space

  • Four exhibitor badges*

  • Admittance to educational lectures as silent observer

  • Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks (available with Exhibitor badge)

*To claim CME credit, you must register as as a non-exhibiting industry professional

Exhibit | Standard | $2,500

  • Recognition as Standard Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

  • One day of exhibit space during the course (Saturday)

  • One 4-5 foot tabletop display and two chairs

  • Exhibit location: Refreshment/food area

  • Two exhibitor badges*

  • Admittance to educational lectures as silent observer

  • Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks (available with Exhibitor badge)
