Are you thinking about retiring from the faculty in the next few years? What do you need to know to prepare? Learn about the basics from the UW Benefits Offices (UW, UWP, and CUMG), including timeline and where to find out about health insurance and financial basics. You will also hear from several faculty who have successfully made the transition.

Due to the complex nature of faculty appointments and retiring at the UW, we will do our best to answer questions you may have. If you need specific advice on your personal retirement plan or path, please contact the UW retirement office.
