The UW School of Medicine Women in Medicine & Science Committee annual Women Faculty Day. Women Faculty Day is an in person all-day event with a new theme each year focused on empowering women in academic medicine thrive. Women Faculty Day features keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and talks talks on emerging topics on gender equity in medicine. Women Faculty Day is open to all.

1. Identify resources available to support women faculty in UW SoM.
2. Build community for women faculty in UW SoM.
3. Provide updates on and skill building for faculty seeking to advance gender equity in academic medicine.

In support of improving patient care, the University of Washington School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
