The Neurocritical Care Education Series will consist of formal presentations and discussions of clinical, scientific, and administrative matters relevant to the practice of Critical Care, with specific emphasis on Neurocritical Care. The focus of our educational series is to provide an updated level of knowledge in the areas of Neurocritical Care, Neurology, and Neurosurgery to all the members involved in providing care in the Neuroscience ICU. This common platform brings together multidisciplinary expertise, and will enable us to maintain state-of-the-art patient care, as well as provoke innovative research in the field. All presentations will be delivered by experts in the various areas of medical and basic science, health care, and education as it pertains to Neurocritical Care. Speakers will be invited from in-house, and outside institutions. The sessions will be attended by students, residents, fellows, faculty, and nurse practitioners (ARNPs and PAs).
