Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center—formed by the merger of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center—and the University of Washington School of Medicine are pleased to offer our 13th Annual Comprehensive Hematology and Oncology Review Course as both an in-person and on-demand course.

Package options are available for purchase in two different formats: 

• In-person course: For the first time since 2019, we welcome you back to Seattle, WA to attend this accredited, multi-day, in-person program, with access to recorded content 4-6 weeks after the event.
• On-demand course: Access session recordings, slides and pre-/post-tests at your own pace beginning December 1, 2022.

This educational program will cover data supporting guidelines, recommendations and recent advances regarding therapeutic options for patients with solid tumors and malignant and nonmalignant hematologic disorders. 

On completing the program, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the pathogenesis, diagnostic evaluation and therapeutic modalities available for a breadth of solid tumors and hematologic disorders, and the ability to integrate guideline-based treatments, new therapeutic modalities and diagnostic approaches into clinical practice.

Registration Types

• Industry Professional: Those affiliated with a pharmaceutical company, device manufacturer, or a healthcare education or communications company should select this registration type.
• Physician: Physicians not affiliated with Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center or the University of Washington should select this registration type.
• Internal Physician: Active physicians at FHCC/SCCA, UW Medicine, Seattle Children’s or one of FHCC/SCCA's Network Affiliate Members should select this registration type.
• All Other Learners: Residents, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, and other non-physician health care professionals should select this registration type.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational program is intended for physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, residents and fellows interested in a comprehensive update on solid tumors and hematologic disorders, and will be of interest to those certifying or re-certifying for their boards.

ONLINE MATERIALS
Instruction materials will be available online at uwcme.org (for conference registrants only). Materials will be available beginning on September 21, 2022, for registrants to print and/or download. Content will be recorded and available to attendees for educational purposes. Attendees will be notified when recordings are available, approximately 4-6 weeks after course completion. CME credit is available only for attending the live activity; no credit is available for watching the recorded lectures.

ATTENDANCE POLICY
Course activities are exclusively reserved for course attendees. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

For the optimum learning experience of all, infants and children are not permitted in the education space for the duration of the program. All CME events support parents and nursing mothers by providing access to lactation spaces. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
