Presentation, discussion, and analysis of current and clinically relevant medical literature by members of the inpatient team, with attention to and focus on the impact on current best practices in hospital medicine.

1. Identify new and emerging practices in hospital medicine as presented in medical literature
2. Analyze the research methodology and patient population in characteristics with particular attention to how it relates to the patient population at UWMC - Northwest campus
3. Where appropriate, develop and implement new clinical protocols and order sets.
