Matthew Jaffy, MD

Matthew Jaffy, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician and the Clinic Chief at the UW Neighborhood Northgate Clinic. Dr. Jaffy received a B.A. with honors in English Literature and his M.D. from the University of Washington.  He completed his residency in Family Medicine and served as Chief Resident at St. Anthony Hospital in Denver, Colorado.


Dr. Jaffy has practiced with the UW Neighborhood Clinics for 13 years and has served in several leadership roles across the network during that time.  He is an Associate Professor in the University of Washington Department of Family Medicine.  He practices outpatient medicine as a primary care physician at the Northgate Clinic and is involved in resident and medical student education.  Dr. Jaffy enjoys spending time with his wife, reading and training for triathlons, but rarely competing.
