Bio for R. Nicholas Burns, MD, FACOG

Dr. Burns is a current second-year fellow in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Washington. 

He received his MD degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, and completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Brown University / Women and Infants Hospital of Providence, Rhode Island. 

His research focuses on novel technologies and approaches to medical education. He additionally co-hosts the free weekly podcast "CREOGs Over Coffee" to teach foundational topics to women's healthcare professionals, which has amassed over 2 million downloads since its creation in September 2018.
