Barak Gaster, MD, FACP

Barak Gaster, MD, is a professor of medicine, and primary care provider, at the University of Washington where he has developed a career as a dementia expert, with particular focus on the primary care setting. He is currently the Director of the Cognition in Primary Care Program at the University of Washington, a core faculty member of the UW Echo Dementia Program, and the developer of the Dementia Directive which has been downloaded over 150,000 times and been featured in the New York Times and on NPR.
