Dan Evans, PhD, MS

Dan Evans completed an M.S. in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University before earning his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2014. He completed his clinical internship in behavioral medicine from Brown Medical School, and stayed at Brown for a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in integrated primary care. His clinical interests include behavioral medicine, mindfulness-based interventions, and interdisciplinary treatment of chronic pain and medically unexplained symptoms. His scholarly interests have focused primarily on the role of self-regulation and mindfulness in health behaviors and mental health.
